Paw-licies & Good Behaviour Guide
1. Scoop the Poop, Be a Top Pup
If your pooch poops, you scoop! Pee happens too—just mop it up with the blue roll and give it a spritz with our pet-safe spray. Let’s keep things clean and sniff-tacular for everyone.
2. Know Your Woofer
If your dog is new to your family, give it a few weeks to settle in and get to know them before
visiting. We want all dogs (and humans!) to feel comfy, confident and ready to have a tail-
wagging time.
3. Never Work With Children and Animals… But We Do!
We now run family sessions where kids of all ages are welcome! Just make sure little humans are kind, calm and respectful around the dogs—no chasing, shouting or ear-grabbing. Grown-ups, please supervise both your two-legged and four-legged companions.
4. You Must Supervise Your Dog at All Times
This is a team sport—your dog needs your eyes on them. Pay attention to their body language and step in if things get too ruff.
5. Leave Like a Good Boy (or Girl)
Please make sure you and your dog are packed up and heading out before the next session
begins. This helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone gets their fair share of fun.
6. Have Fun!
This space is made for you and your dog to enjoy together—play games, learn new tricks, meet new furry friends, and soak up all the good vibes.
7. No Funny Business, Please
If your male dog is over 1 year old and still intact, or if your lady dog is in season, please keep a very close eye on them. Excessive humping or aggressive behaviour won’t be tolerated—this is a place for play, not passion or punch-ups. Let’s keep it friendly, not frisky.
8. No Outside Snacks
To keep everyone safe from allergies, no food or drink for humans is allowed inside the centre. We’ve got tasty options on site if you’re feeling peckish – just ask!
