In addition to our Paw-licies, please note the following terms and conditions. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed on our website at the time of booking.
Waiver of Liability
- By entering The Dug and Bone premises, you accept full responsibility for the safety and well-being of yourself, your dog(s), and any children or guests accompanying you.
- You acknowledge that participation in any activities at The Dug and Bone is entirely at your own risk.
- The owners of The Dug and Bone accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, accident, or damage caused to any individual, animal, or property while on the premises or in associated parking areas.
- This includes (but is not limited to) injuries caused by interaction with other dogs, equipment use, falls, or any unforeseen incidents.
- Visitors are solely responsible for managing their dog(s), ensuring they are under control at all times, and supervising any children in their care.
- By booking a session, you agree that you and anyone attending with you release The Dug and Bone and its owners from any liability or claims arising from your visit.
General Conditions
- Parking: Only in designated areas. All vehicles are left at the owner's risk.
- CCTV: The Dug and Bone is monitored by 24/7 external and internal CCTV for safety, security, and incident recording. Footage may be reviewed and used if needed in the case of accidents, rule violations, or disputes.
- Insurance: If your dog is not covered by third-party liability insurance, you accept full legal and financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by your dog.
- Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. Children under 7 may only attend family sessions or exclusive hire bookings.
- Dog Safety: Dogs must remain on leads between vehicles and the entrance.
- Equipment Use: All play equipment is strictly for dogs only. No adults or children may climb, sit, or play on any obstacles, ramps, or jumps. Misuse may result in immediate termination of the session.
- Venue Cleanliness: You must clean up after your session and dispose of litter and any damaged toys in the bins provided.
- Food & Drink: Only items purchased on-site may be consumed.
- Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on site.
- Session Times: You must vacate the space at least 5 minutes before the end of your session.
- Bookings: Professional trainers, behaviourists, or dog walkers must receive prior approval and show proof of insurance.
- Vaccinations: For exclusive hires, dogs not up to date with vaccinations may attend at the hirer's discretion. Hirers are responsible for informing guests of any associated risks.
- Dangerous Dogs: Breeds or crossbreeds prohibited under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Cancellations: Refunds will not be given for dogs who are unsuitable for group sessions due to behavioural issues or vaccination status. In cases of illness, a store credit will be issued.
Changes to Terms
The Dug and Bone reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
It is your responsibility to check for the most up-to-date version on our website before attending.
Continued use of the premises after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
